Incorporated into a physiotherapy consult or as a stand alone service, Inspire can provide individually tailored exercise programs for all fitness levels, conditions and lifestyles. An easy to follow and realistic exercise program is just as important for a marathon runner as it for someone in retirement or adjusting to a life change, like becoming a parent.

Exercising is one of the most beneficial things you can do to stay strong and healthy in body and mind.

Inspire’s integrated approach considers your individual body, how it moves and your lifestyle to create a program designed by a physiotherapist that’s relevant, realistic and achievable.

Our exercise programs

Inspire’s programs consist of strength (core and peripheral), flexibility and alignment training. When the body is in correct alignment then biomechanically and energetically it performs at its best. When the body is out of alignment, energy is diverted towards compensation rather than task performance. Over time this leads to tension, poor performance and injury. It’s like building a house that doesn’t have solid foundations – the house starts to crack as it lacks form and strength. A small change to your foot position, pelvis, or spine during an exercise can significantly change and enhance the outcome of the exercise.

Rehabilitation post surgery

Inspire also creates rehabilitation programs to help people recover from surgery. The focus is on providing safe and effective activities designed to ensure you return to full strength and mobility as quickly as possible.
