Our exercise programs
Inspire’s programs consist of strength (core and peripheral), flexibility and alignment training. When the body is in correct alignment then biomechanically and energetically it performs at its best. When the body is out of alignment, energy is diverted towards compensation rather than task performance. Over time this leads to tension, poor performance and injury. It’s like building a house that doesn’t have solid foundations – the house starts to crack as it lacks form and strength. A small change to your foot position, pelvis, or spine during an exercise can significantly change and enhance the outcome of the exercise.
Rehabilitation post surgery
Inspire also creates rehabilitation programs to help people recover from surgery. The focus is on providing safe and effective activities designed to ensure you return to full strength and mobility as quickly as possible.
