An Integrative Movement session is a dynamic approach that combines the theory and practice of Physiotherapy, BodyTalk, Lymphatic Drainage and the Aromatouch Technique to provide a solution that extends beyond physical symptom management. A unique offering allowing you to receive treatment techniques from a variety of modalities in the one session. You get the best of all worlds!

This personalised treatment plan is adapted to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance your overall well-being, and can continue to be refined until you have a session plan that works right for you.

What to know before your Integrative Movement session

Each integrated movement session lasts approximately 50 minutes, beginning with an initial assessment to evaluate your current physical condition, mobility issues and overall health concerns.

This assessment informs the combination of interventions we select for you to optimise your health outcomes.
