Massage
A massage by a physiotherapist is therapeutic in nature and focuses on the muscle dysfunction and where your body needs extra attention and support.

Dry needling & essential oils
We can also incorporate dry needling (similar to acupuncture) and doTERRA’s certified pure therapeutic grade essentials oils which provide added benefit to your massage. These oils are 100% pure natural aromatic compounds carefully extracted from plants and free of synthetic compounds or contaminants.
The combination of massage and these additional techniques provides a holistic and integrative experience for your body and mind.
At Inspire, the physiotherapist uses their expertise to recognise what needs to be addressed and tailors the massage and additions to the individual client’s requirements using one or a combination of the various massage techniques mentioned above.
The massage is further complemented with specific stretches or strengthening exercises to do at home to ensure the best possible result.
